Now that spring is finally here in West Virginia, it’s the perfect time to step outside, take a look around, and start fresh. After a long winter, yards, garages, and homes can collect more clutter than you realize.
Old boxes, broken items, leftover decorations, and yard debris tend to pile up when we’re all staying inside. But a good spring clean can make a big difference in how your home looks and feels.
One of the best ways to get started is by tackling things one area at a time. Start with your yard by picking up sticks, leaves, and anything that may have blown in over the winter. Then move on to your garage, basement, or storage areas where clutter tends to build up.
When it comes to getting rid of unwanted items, make sure everything is properly bagged before placing it in your trash container. Loose items can easily spill out and create a mess not just for you, but for your neighbors too.
If you find yourself with more than your regular pickup can handle, it might be time to call in a little extra help. Large cleanups, remodeling projects, or big decluttering days are perfect times to ask about a roll-off container to handle the extra load.

Spring cleaning is also a great opportunity to check your trash bin. Make sure the lid closes properly, the wheels are in good shape, and everything is ready for the busy season ahead.
